Counseling is useful when you need clarity on your values and overall direction in life, but sessions can also be used as a safe, confidential place to de-stress, work through trauma, or discuss other unresolved issues. Since everyone is different, I tailor treatment plans to suit your unique needs and requirements. My role is to act as your empathetic guide, helping you realize your own worth, dignity, and potential. Counseling is not necessarily designed to make problems disappear, but rather to equip you with the tools needed to cope with problems more appropriately.
